$140.00 with Reiki & Energy Healing: this unique energy healing session combines many techniques I have learned over the years as well my intuitive insights. So this in not just Reiki. It incorporates a form of massage that work to move stuck, dense energies in the spine as well as address the chakras of the back of the body. I feel that the back of the body represents the past and it is important to address. Often times I will pick up on a great deal on the back of the body. Once the client has turned over, I use various techniques on the head in what the client experiences as a relaxing head massage. I continue to work the front of the body with Reiki and other techniques to balance the chakras. The front of the body, I feel represents the present and at times what the client perceives is ahead of them. This session also incorporates crystal singing bowls and or drumming depending on the client’s needs.

My Cupping treatment involves beginning with a 'moving' massage that uses plenty of nourishing fractionated coconut oil for and therapeutic grade essential oils that improve lymphatic circulation as well as relieve muscle pain and tension. The purpose of beginning with a 'moving' massage (with light suction) is to increase circulation and improve blood flow into the muscles and release toxins. After the massage portion of the treatment I target various areas using a 'stationary' technique with either light, medium or deep suction, this provides a deep stretch of the muscle, fascia and connective tissue. I am careful to work within the client's comfort level, which leads me to the topic of 'cupping marks'. Cupping marks are not a bruises. Bruising is caused by impact trauma leading to breakage of capillaries and a reactionary rush of fluids to the damaged location from the tissue injury. There is no compression in cup therapy. When a condition exists within a deeper muscle layer and is dredged up during treatment, discoloration will appear on the skin. I found that after just a few treatments on the same area, for the same duration, with the same amount of suction - less discoloration will appear over time. Cupping marks can last up to 2-3 weeks. But please don't let this business of marks keep you away from trying this amazing treatment.
